I am an anthropologist who studies cities, communities, and households by examining everyday activities, material culture, and architecture. I have conducted ethnographic and archaeological research, mostly in Peru. I believe that research, education, and practical application are interrelated, so I aim to design research with teaching and broad application in mind.
